Dibrugarh - Digboi - Jorhat - Kaziranga - Guwahati

Day 01: Arrival Delhi/Kolkata. On arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 02: Dibrugarh: Arrival, Welcome Ceremony, Tea-factory
Welcome on arrival in Dibrugarh. Transfer to a host bunglow inside a tea-estate. Later, visit tea - factory. In the evening enjoy the silence. Overnight stay at the bunglow.

Day 03: Dibrugarh: Tea-plantation, Tea-workers Basti
Morning walk through the greens of tea- plantation. Meet a tea expert to know and to see all things related to tea plantation. In the evening, visit tea-workers colony. Later, enjoy the rhythm of their 'Jhumur' dance. Overnight at the bunglow.

Day 04: Digboi: The oil city
Drive to Digboi (57KM) after breakfast. Digboi, has the second oldest oil field and the world's oldest operating machinery, still producing in excess of its capacity.Digboi is also known as "the oil-city of Assam". Overnight at the refinery Guest house.

Day 05: Digboi: Oil well
Visit the oil field to see the oil wells. Digboi is not only an oil field, but an oil museum with world's oldest operating oil machinery. In the evening, drive-down the meandering roads passing the hillocks to have a very pleasant experience. Overnight at Digboi.

Day 06: Jorhat: Tea-capital, the Thengal Mansion, Assamese village
Early morning, drive to Jorhat (207KM), the tea-capital of Assam. On arrival, check in the Thengal Mansion, a historic ancestral house of a Tea Planter amidst an Asssamese village. It is 15 kms from Jorhat. After lunch, take a walk in a nearby village to see the simplicity of their lives.

Day 07: Kaziranga: Toklai Research Station
After breakfast, visit Toklai Research Station to know everything and anything about tea-plantation. Lunch at Jorhat. Leter, leave for Kaziranga (90KM), the home of the one horned rhino. Overnight at tourist lodge.

Day 08: Kaziranga: Elephant Safari, Rhino
Full day rides through the wild reserve.

Day 09: Kaziranga: Jeep Safari, Rhino, Tea Estate
Full day rides through the wild reserve.

Day 10: Guwahati: Basista Ashram, Brahmaputra cruise
Drive to Guwahati (220KM) after breakfast. On arrival check in to your hotel. Post lunch, visit Basista Ashram Picturesque old shrine through which flow the three legendary rocky streams-the Sandhya,Lalita and Kanta. In the evening, go for a boat cruise on river Brahmaputra. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Guwahati airport, farewell
Departure from Guwahati Airport for onward journey.
